We always make sure that user has a safe ride and therefore the max speed limit is 70 and a penalty of 300 Rs is applicable for the violation of the road rule. Also, Catchride does not cover any breakdown if above mentioned speedlimit exceeded

Catch takes a total of 500 Rs as a security amount during your trip booking. Don't worry! Your deposit is refundable. However, 15 days it takes initialing this request post no pending e-Challan under your booking.

Catchride provides two-wheeler with enough fuel to reach nearest petrol station.

Fuel is not included in the booking but enough to get to the nearest petrol station as mentioned earlier.

Fuel is on user. Please ride to the nearest petrol station and refill as per your requirement.

• • Fuel time must be within your ride time.
• • Cashback will be added in Catch wallet only and will be used for future trips only.
• • One fuel receipt for one day will be applicable.

Please get the tyre fixed and Catchride will not be responsible for any refund as such as this does not fall under maintenance issues.

No, you do not need To pay anything For your cancelled ride. You can book your next ride.

We hold your deposit for at least 15 days, and only post no e-Challan we release it. Catchride has no obligation in such circumstances.

We will highly recommend parking only where it is safe to. Catchride does not take any responsibility and neither reimburses anything for any road rules or parking violation.
